How much are your tables?

Tables are $85 each! We also have sponsorship opportunities available. The sponsorship chart along with benefits are listed below.

Does my reservation come with tables and chairs?

Yes, tables and chairs are provided. We will set up at least 1 chair per booth, with extras available before the event begins.

Does my reservation include electricity and Wi-Fi?

Services like electricity and Wi-Fi are contracted out by the Ohio State Fairgrounds and must be booked separately. We will provide the necessary forms and contact information several weeks/months prior to the event. You will need your booth number (for example, B1-a-e)

How do I reserve a sponsorship?

When you go to book your tables, also book your sponsorship in the same transaction. This helps us to ensure your sponsorship is properly applied to your tables. A member of our staff will reach out within 48 hours to book your choice of table. First come, first serve.

How are tables assigned?

For sponsorship purchases, a member of our staff will reach out and book the table spot of your choosing.

For non-sponsors, tables will be assigned randomly and your location will be communicated approximately 2 weeks before the show.

If you would like to be grouped with other vendors, we need email confirmation from both vendors 1 month prior to the event.

Can I share my table reservations with other vendors?

You may share your table reservation with other vendors only if you contact us at least 1 month before the show and provide information about the other vendors.

Reselling your table reservations is prohibited.
